Refund policy
We have a 30-day policy, which means a claim must be completed within those 30 days of order. We therefore cannot offer exchange after 30 days of receipt of order.
Refunds/exchanges must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.
You will need to first email us with your request and we will give you the instructions needed. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. That way we can evaluate the issue and make it right. On receipt of a photo of an error of the item received, we will send out a replacement at no charge. Issues like this are rare but if they do arise, we’ll handle it!
