What size are the chains on the necklaces?

All our chains are 40cm long with a 5cm extender

 

What size are the rings?

The rings currently only come in 2 sizes - 7 or 8. 

Size 7 is 54.4mm in circumference. 

Size 8 is 57mm in circumference. 

Please measure finger carefully to ascertain correct size needed. It is easiest to either:

  1. Place a measuring tape around your finger and pull it into a circle around the base of your chosen finger or,
  2. Take a string or strip of paper and wrap it around the base of the chosen finger. Mark the point where the end meets the string or paper. Measure the string or paper on a ruler in cm to the point where you marked it. 

 

Tell me more about your jewellery & how I can best look after it?

All our beautiful jewellery is 18K Gold Plated or Silver Plated.

Please see the infographic below on how best to care for your jewellery.

We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, showering or swimming to ensure unnecessary damage/tarnishing to the gold or silver plating.

Can you tell me more about your card decks?

Our beautiful decks of cards have been personally and lovingly created and written, with images from an independent artist. They are made from soft 400gsm card and are made right here in Australia. 

With regular use our card decks can weather on the edges. This is more evident on dark cards. This is completely normal in a well-shuffled, well-used deck of cards... We love that you’ve got to know your well-loved deck of cards and they've become unique to you.

 

Can you send a note with my order as a gift? 

Sure, absolutely! Simply pop 'Personalised Handwritten Card' option in your cart and write the message (limit 160 characters) you would like us to send in the 'notes' section on checkout.  We will then happily pop a small card and your message in the order.

 

What do your products come in?

 All jewellery and cards come in a soft linen pouch

 

Where does 10% of the proceeds from my purchase go to?

10% of all proceeds go direct to supporting children and their families facing childhood cancer & blood disorders. Each month the impact from your purchases will be publicly shared with thanks!

The ripple effect from your action, is positively impacting the lives of so many others so thank you, thank you, thank you!

 

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day policy, which means a claim must be completed within those 30 days of order. We therefore cannot offer exchange after 30 days of receipt of order.

Refunds/exchanges must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.

You will need to first email us with your request and we will give you the instructions needed. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my product is wrong, damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. That way we can evaluate the issue and make it right. On receipt of a photo of an error of the item received, we will send out a replacement at no charge. Issues like this are rare but if they do arise, we’ll handle it! 

 

What is your shipping policy? 

Your order is prepared and shipped from Perth, Australia. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or customs. We are not responsible for delays in transit & do not refund for delays unless the parcel is deemed as lost in transit by AusPost or the courier.

Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within Australia 

Express Shipping flat rate of $6.95 within Australia

So do you ship overseas?

Yes definitely, we have a flat rate of $14.95 (on all orders under 1kg - which most of our orders tend to be)

Shipping costs of orders over 1kg will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international shipping obviously does take a little bit longer.  Please also be aware of any local custom regulations and fees.
